With the marketing team, we reviewed the entire sales policy of one of the largest pharmaceutical industries in the country. After analyzing the main export destinations, we reviewed the agency and distribution agreements, adjusting them according to the company’s needs.
Working in partnership with the internal legal department, we adjusted all distribution contracts, agency contracts and general sales conditions. We trained all the sales department employees in order to update them about the new procedures.
Besides that, we designed a full compliance program that included the institution of a Compliance Code, in strict accordance with the Brazilian Anti-Corruption Act and the FCPA – Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (anti-corruption law of the United States), aiming to reduce risks and create a synergistic atmosphere in the company.
