Partner of RCA Advogados participates in recently released work about French public law

On 03 March, the book “Current Issues in Public Law II: Dialogues between Brazil and France” was published in São Paulo by Lumen Juris. The work coordinated by Alexandre Jorge Carneiro da Cunha Filho, Angela Limongi Alvarenga Alves, Fernando Nahas and Maria Isabela Haro Meloncini brings a collection of articles on French and Brazilian law. Rafael Rocha de Macedo, a partner of RCA Advogados and PHD in law at the University of São Paulo, is one of the co-authors of the work with the article Anticurruption: a comparative study between Brazil and France. The article makes a brief comparison about the Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law (Law 12,846 / 2013) and the Sapin Law II, regarding the fight against corruption and the development of economic life in France.
